Introduction to CAMing and Milling:
7 hours of lecture and hands-on nesting practice. Laptops with MillBox are provided but feel free to bring your own setup if you have one. The

5. Milling strategy introduction
6. Blank creation
7. Blank library
8. Set up for a simple job calculation
9. Calculation for a simple job
Advanced CAMing and Milling:
About 8 hours of lecture, hands-on nesting practice, and milling. Laptops with MillBox are provided but feel free to bring your own setup if you have one. We will be milling on a Redon Hybrid Wet/Dry 5 Axis milling machine. The following topics will be covered:
1. Quick review of the basic process
2. All features of “Tools” from MillBox
3. Add new burs for existing codes
4. Understanding mill geometry
5. Fit testing
6. Angled screw channels
7. Completed custom job calculation
8. Solving simple issues
9. Discussion of Full Arch jobs in zirconia, titanium, and pmma
